Howlong Preschool is a community-owned and operated not-for-profit early childhood education facility offering 3 – 5-year-old children universal access to high quality and affordable early childhood education. We are the only community not-for-profit centre-based early childhood education facility within a 30km radius of the community.

Located in the heart of the picturesque town of Howlong, nestling on the banks of the mighty Murray River, we have been proudly serving the Howlong community and surrounding areas since 1975.

Our highly trained, experienced and dedicated educators offer an engaging preschool program, in a hands-on, supportive, safe and caring environment, based on our values and the principles of early childhood education and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). 

Establishing positive experiences in education gives our children the opportunity to develop excellent foundation skills which are vital for success at school and in life.
